Our home made Beef sausage is a national award winner!

Some of our best recipes have come from customer ideas including delights such as Duck & Black Pudding or Venison Sausages, Mark is always up to the challenge of a new speciality sausage!

All our sausages are produced by hand on the premises with the finest ingredients. If there is any variety of sausage you would like that is not listed on our site please contact us for availability.
